Correcting AP's intentional use of old emissions data
Last week, the AP put out an article (which was picked up by many major news outlets) parroting data given to them by the UN about worldwide CO2 emissions data – for 2007.
In my note for the National Review Institute’s Media Malpractice project, I show that the AP reporter, with just a little bit of work, could have found 2008 data which shows something very different.
