Afred E Neuman lives, and he’s working for the Washington Post under the pen name E.J. Dionne.  At least that’s the only way I can explain Dionne’s recent column claiming that we really shouldn’t worry about our federal and various state government budget issues because – get this – there are still rich people in America.
