Thanks to BizzyBlog for haing this great compendium of information about the Kelo eminent domain travesty.

On Monday, the New London town council voted 5-2 to evict Kelo and the other couple of holdouts. I think their only hope is some serious pressure from the governor. There is some hope for that, but I'm not holding my breath because there will be a lot of towns with dollar signs in their eyes leaning on her to stay out of the fray.
