Next poll: Hands-free cell phone use in cars?
The previous poll results are in:
7/8 of respondents opposed in-state tuition for illegal aliens.
1/8 of respondents supported it.
For the next poll, I expect a much closer outcome.

I'd much rather see cell phone use considered as a punishment multiplier in those cases where a driving 'accident' occurs, in a similar fashion to the way possession of a gun is treated during other illegal activities. That would require some additional work on the part of the police to check cell phone activity during every accident investigation.
