Students sent home for wearing American flag t-shirt on Cinco de Mayo

From Fox News reporter Todd Starnes:

A group of California high school students were sent home for wearing American flag t-shirts on Cinco de Mayo. An administrator at Live Oak High School told one of the students that the American flag t-shirt was “incendiary.”

According to published reports, the five boys were sitting at a table when they were ordered to remove American flag bandannas and turn their flag t-shirts inside-out. When they refused, they were taken to the principal’s office.

Perhaps it should’t come as a surprise in a nation whose current leadership thinks that our likely enemies are “white males who don’t like Obamacare” rather than Muslim terrorists or even illegal immigrants waving foreign flags in our streets.  This is the United States of America, not Aztlan or Egypt.

So if they were wearing American Flag T-shirts on St. Patties day would they be sent home? Just asking. Of course, when the AP can't figure out the motivation of a MUSLIM terrorist, why would I expect anything different from a liberal institution such as a public school.

Every day is a good day to show your patriotism. A true 'liberal' would allow any flag, any day.

ps. if anyone wants to understand Cinco de Mayo and what it really means to Mexican Americans, just google it.
