It occurs to me that there’s one potentially truly horrible outcome in this election:

If the GOP wins 9 seats in the Senate, giving them 50 seats, then every time there is a party-line vote, we’ll have to see Joe Biden again, breaking the tie in favor the socialists.

Just when we thought he and his brain cramps and his hair plugs (are those two related?) had been abandoned to the irrelevancy of the Vice-Presidency, a 50/50 Senate could cause him to yet again be the occasional center of attention.

But then look at the bright side: people will be reminded that Barack Obama chose Joe Biden as his VP…
