Two new podcasts to recommend
Two interesting (and very different) organizations have begun posting podcasts which are worth listening to.
First, the Independence Institute has launched iVoices at www.ivoices.org
For those who don't know the organization, the Independence Institute "is established upon the eternal truths of the Declaration of Independence. Founded in 1985, the Independence Institute is a non-partisan, non-profit public policy research organization dedicated to providing timely information to concerned citizens, government officials, and public opinion leaders." In my opinion, II is one of Colorado's most effective voices for liberty and limited government, despite the fact that our side is often overwhelmed by the resources of those who support enlarging government in order to divert our income into their pockets.
And second, Stratfor (Strategic Forecasting) is beginning podcasts as well. Here's the link I have for it at this time:
https://www.stratfor.com/reports/060324podcast.php?ref=060328-podcast-intelbrief&camp=060328-podcast
Stratfor is like a private CIA, with insightful in-depth analysis of world events, politics, war, economics, and more. For those who are really interested in what's going on around the world and who can afford the money, one of their paid subscriptions is well worth it. They also have a free service with less, but still very interesting, intelligence.
Here's what they say about themselves: With an unrivalled blend of strategic and tactical expertise, Stratfor specializes in providing situational awareness, focused insight and actionable intelligence in the areas of geopolitics, security and public policy to help our clients prepare for uncertainties and take action for maximizing results."
