Unfortunately, the people of Weare, NH, didn't have the courage to give Justice David Souter a taste of his own medicine. I never thought the "Lost Liberty Project" had much of a chance, but I loved the idea. I wish it had gotten further than this, with both of the project's supporters who were running for local office losing in elections Tuesday.

Souter and the Court's other liberals, plus the inexplicable Anthony Kennedy should be ashamed (and publicly flogged) for voting (in Kelo v New London that it is constitutional for government to steal and redistribute private property for private gain.
