I don’t know whether Nancy Pelosi and her staff simply tried and failed to be funny or whether they’re certifiable, but check out this video from Pelosi’s own YouTube channel:
And this woman is second in US Presidential line of succession. I always thought her smile looked eerily similar to The Joker from Batman. Now I think she might make him look sane.
